I ordered c3 and c15 vector cues which came with a soft case and the second, with a hard case. both cues and cases are excellent products. I was very pleased with the items and their excellent quality. I also ordered the predator 1080 pure chalk to go along with my new cues. it is a really nice product to use.

Ordered a cue on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on time on Wednesday as promised with ground UPS as requested. The product was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. The company's website was easy to navigate and ordering was very simple. No hassle and no problems. Would definitely order again from Billiards.com.
