The site is extremely easy to use and navigate, prices are very reasonable and the item I purchased even had an additional discount applied of which I knew nothing about until I ordered. Great shipping time and super great item ordered. Much thanks to all, you guys rock.

I had a great experience recently, I had order a felt top for my pool table. Unfortunately taking the rails off I broke one rail and no longer needed the top since I was getting a new table. I had contacted Billards.com by phone in hopes of exchanging the to p for some cues. To my surprise I was told no problem and was given instructions on what to do in order to get my new items. Thank you so much for the exchange, a very happy customer. Sincerely, Darrell
