Great service! It's very convenient every time I make an order through Billiards.com. Easy to use! And what's more important I know for sure that I'll get my parcel on time with no unexpected things to happen.

I've recently had the opportunity to order a product from these awesome people! I'm referring to the people mainly because without them there would be no great company known as Billiards.com! There was a slight problem with the original product I received from them (a manufacturer's defect); and, without hesitation, when I spoke to their customer support team, they replaced my product immediately and without question. Not only that, they provided me with a pre-paid, return mailing package so all I had to do insert my product and drop it in the mail! Awesome customer service, and a quality product; what more could you ask for in an online shopping experience? Not much. I'd highly recommend this company, and their people to anyone wanting a great shopping experience for all billiards related products! Many thanks!

My orders from billiards have typically been maintenance/accessory items with the exception of a set of balls with a triangle, and I have yet to be disappointed. Billiards.com is a pretty good site to go to for if you want to get any extras for your game. I do stand by checking the cues out in person though cause you never know how you'll like it(personal preference). But I would imagine they do cues just fine, and it's just up to buyers as to whether or not they'll like how it handles :)

Talk about fast service, great company.

First time I ordered from this company. The web site was easy to use and to purchase exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price for the quality of the product. The company notified me when the product was shipped and it arrived in a short amount of time. The packaging insured that the 4 cue sticks were not damaged in transit. Each stick was in a plastic sleeve and then taped together so they were one unit. Ease in opening and removing the product. Yes, I will order from the company in the future.

So far I like the stick,haven;t got to use it much,just got it. Really like how fast I got it. Would shop with Billiards again
