I never received these items. On Friday, November 13th, 2020 the UPS tracking said it was delivered, however, this is erroneous because I sit at my desk every day in front of a gigantic window that allows me to see anyone approaching my home. Long story short, I never saw a UPS person come up that day. Furthermore, the description said they left it at a Side door!!!! I DONT HAVE A SIDE DOOR!!!!!! There is only one door (Front door) to my home. Clearly, there is something inconsistent going on. I am not looking for a refund, I just want the items I paid for. When I made a claim about it, I was told "I'll contact you back in 8 days with the information I get from the case". 8 DAYS????? I went to my father's birthday without a gift because that was all the money I had left to buy him a birthday gift. I'm not trying to seem sad or try to get sympathy, I just want resolution. plain and simple.

i ordered the Cuetec edge ct692 from the website got my confirmation and tracking number 2 days later get a phone call stating that the cue i ordered is discontinued, site said it was in stock (false advertising) talked to someone who offered to send the ct 691 for the same price like he was doing me a favor when on the website it is the same price then he would not send it expidited shipping delaying it longer when i was planning on using it on an up coming tourniment, guess not. So i get punished for an error on there end LAST ORDER THERE GOING TO RECIEVE FROM ME.

was promised product by a certain date called about it and order wasnt even shipped yet and was told it was going to be expressed shipped and wasnt so they lied and sucked
