Even though the website ordering feature was not working, I did receive very good help from Georgia, with whom I'd spoken when we placed an order last year. The invoice was provided promptly and the delivery time exceeded our expectations, as well.

Using a “flat rate” method of calculating shipping charges produces charges far greater (in my case double) what expected shipping charges would be. I believe you should just raise your product costs and be honest about shipping charges.

They kept in touch during the creation process of our banner. The only complaint id have is that it was shipped folded, which made for many seams.

Great work! Quality is good to excellent & we love our sign & will do business again & soon. 2 areas of communication that kept us from a score of 5. Might have been me, but I think it was your website being ambiguous at best, may want to rewrite.. I needed a 16X16 sign.. I asked for a bleed at the edges & understood that it would be an Extra 6" making the total area 17X17 What I got was 16'6" It works & its up & we will check closer for communication next time.. Thanks Don
