good product slow shipping
Bad product! Doesn’t fit correctly on my fox 36 shock !!!Slowest shipping ever!! I live 2hrs away from where product was shipped from. ordered on the 6th and product didn’t arrive till the 17th

Same experience as others. Horrible. Purchased a bicycle part through GoogleShopping. I also received a delivery date, but on delivery date received notice that it is delayed. Bogus. I contacted GoogleShopping and yes, they agreed and immediately refunded my money (although I have yet seen the refund in my bank statement). GoogleShopping verified that the FedEx tracking showed no activity even after 3 weeks after initial purchase. Stay away from this vendor. Does not deliver. Bogus excuses such as "delayed delivery". Poor to non existent communication. Bogus. Fraud. Stay away.

Extremely slow processing and shipping
Extremely slow processing and shipping, There is no excuse as to why a product I purchased wasn't processed and then sent out for over a week. I had a ski trip planned and made the purchase with the estimated shipping time in mind, only to receive notice on the day it was supposed to arrive alerting me that delivery was delayed. Very disappointing.

I bought a new bicycle wheel and rather got one with clear signs of use (scratches) and not even the specifications were correct. The company doesn't pay for the return slip and they want you to go through bureaucratic steps in exchange of nothing.

Defrauded me out of a promised discount…
Defrauded me out of a promised discount and free shipping by removing items from my order that qualified me for them. Then, on the EXACT same day they charged my card, and on a day where I did not use that card AT ALL for anything else, I got >$5,000 in fraudulent charges on that card, all originating in the state of Florida where, guess what, BikeSomewhere is located. Coincidence? I doubt it. Never again with these incompetent fraudsters in any case.

Horrible return policy.
Purchased a bike rack from them. Tried to install it and determined it would not fit properly. Tried to return it but was told that they would not accept returns if the product was installed. Even if unused. When purchasing on line that is an unacceptable policy.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. i wanted to return a bird cage stand that was not the correct size for my cage. BikeSomeWhere would not get back to my 10 emails on how to return.Spoke to Overstock to ask for help since I ordered it there (they are an outside marketer for them) I was told to ship it back on my own. UPS was charging me $56 and the post office $58.I paid $68 for the stand. BikeSomeWhere wouldn't even contact me. I feel so ripped off. Stay clear of this dealer.
