I never received the vest and all my communications went unanswered

Disappointed or Customer service would not recommend doing business with people at all. They seem to be a damn scammer ordered a jacket from them use their chart did not fit. Cannot get them to return a phone call or a message to exchange it for the right size do not do business with them
