I have been trying to return my purchase and be refunded. I've emailed this company several times, I've called the number on their website and no one is responding to my emails or returning my calls. Something is really sketchy about this company. Please read the reviews and know that there are issues with returning and being refunded. The jacket I purchased is poor quality!!! I'm very disappointed!

Don’t order from this company unless you are sure you want and can use the item. They ship from China so return won’t be possible. No regular responses for emails. Just don’t use this company

The return service is the most time consuming obnoxious process. Also their site says their goods are genuine leather but this is not the case

Do not buy from this company it is a fraud they offer $15.00 for a refund of a jacket for 99. I sent the fake jacket back and they refuse to give me money. I work for the law department and i am going to do all i can do. Please report them!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a pair of riding gloves and they sent the wrong ones. After sending several emails, not one response back. The gloves they sent are no good to me so I'm out my $50. Would not even think to order from them again. If you advertise customer service then provide it!

Do not buy from them u ve been warned , this is a fake company stealing money from costumers , they claiming the package got lost and promising to send a new ome again , they trying to gain time so when u talk ur bank the claim will not proceed because its been a while already ,bad business company stay away!!!

I ordered something about a month ago and now is lost who knows where I contacted Mike or forward at all I do is get a response of a phone number for the Postal Service they tell me they are not responsible for the item and will not refund my money worst company I’ve ever dealt with would never buy anything from them again Worn you not to either

It cost me $55 to do business with them. Beware. Ordered a pair of motorcycle boots in the correct size. What I got were incredibly narrow boots. On top of that they duplicated my order. The return process is extensive and you are on the hook for shipping. They only give you a partial refund.
