BikeBlingReviews of bikebling.com

I had an incredible experience with bike bling and Kerry! I ordered a rise limited and couldn’t be happier. Customer service was excellent and the bike arrived in 3 days from CA to NH. Can’t recommend this bike shop enough. You will be very impressed!

I have been looking at bmx bikes and working with local retailers for the two years my five year old has been riding. It wasn't until I was in a pinch a week before his birthday party finding the right bike for the right price that could get here in the right amount of time. I stumbled across Bike Bling, and SO glad I did! I placed an order for a bike and within the hour received a call that they didn't have that one in that color (neither does any other store at the moment) but offered other colors and similar bikes. They have all the top quality lines. Shipping was faster than any other site had to offer, and free! I also had trouble with the links I was receiving from UPS, asked Kerry if he could check on his end, and he sent me the correct link. Bike was ordered on a Monday late afternoon and delivered Friday, just in time for the birthday on Saturday. So cool that Kerry himself is the one reaching out and providing assistance. Will be back to order more!

Thank you Kerry for the excellent customer service. The bike fit was perfect and provides a very stable platform, being a long time hard tail rider, switching to full suspension with the Orbea occam m30 provided a very stable platform that handles well in tight corners and helps track smooth lines. The bike is specked well for the price point and I am sure to enjoy this ride for a long time. Thanks again for the prompt service and care with packaging and making my first ride experience an enjoyable one!

I bought a Feedback Sports Pro Ultralight Repair Stand. $20 cheaper than any other site. I was concerned because of the poor ratings here. But, I called them to confirm they had the stand in stock. It was shipped to me within 4 days of placing the order. I can't speak to other reviews here, but I'd buy from them again any time. Thanks for the quick service.

I was very worried after reading all the comments. I ordered my bike and then found out about all the bad reviews. I got my bike after about 6 days. It came with all the parts and it didn’t have any damage. Only thing i would change would be to not pay for the professional set up and just have your local bike shop do it. Other then that it was a good experience and every time i called they answered and were very nice. They even called me back to make sure I got my email about my tracking number!

Fast shipping best prices and even installed a sprocket and chain on my complete free of charge. Thanks a million bikebling.

Our Church has a bicycle repair ministry where we take our mobile workshop to low income areas and repair bicycles for children and adults . the most common repairs are tires and tubes . even at the big discount stores, standard grade tires and tubes can be expensive . To help our budget stretch, we use BikeBling and buy bulk amounts . Juan is always helpful and makes sure we get our parts on time !

I am building up a new bike and I was looking for Dura Ace and other components. Kerry and Juan were terrific in getting the parts I wanted, including a Dura Ace FC-R9100-P crank, at very competitive prices. They provided almost all of the components on my wish list and were very helpful in ensuring everything was shipped quickly. From a Enve Disc fork to a Zipp Disc wheelset, they provided top service in filling my special orders. If you have a specific component that you are looking for, I would not hesitate to contact BikeBling (BB) to receive a quote. My order with BB included about 90% of the total bike components and they were able to fill everything I requested. It did take over six months to get the Dura Ace power-meter crankset, but they came through faster than any other source I contacted. Kudo's to Kerry and Juan @ BikeBling.
