I’ve been ordering from Bijou since 2018. Their products are always top notch. The candles all smell so good, they last a long time and burn evenly with the scent filling the room without being overpowering. The t-shirts and sweatshirts are also of great quality and have such fun niche references. I’ve always had great response times from them and customer service is always speedy and helpful! I love supporting this women owned small business!

Edit: This company flagged my review here 5 years later for “defamatory content” (which was rejected by Trust Pilot). They deleted my review on their website and tried to get it deleted here too, which only proves my point. This company deletes negative reviews on their site, which is why you will only see glowing 5 star reviews. The candles are sub par, they barely smell and are very overpriced. Appalling how they claim to be a progressive company but have no ethical values when it comes to suppressing honest feedback.

We responded promptly, explained this possibility, re-sent the review link, and asked whether there was any issue with your order so we could assist. We did not receive a reply. A review from you was subsequently published on the product page and remained visible until that specific product was later discontinued. When items are retired from our storefront, their product pages — including associated reviews — are no longer displayed. Reviews are not deleted based on star rating; they are tied to active listings. We do not remove negative reviews as a business practice. Visitors to our website can see a range of feedback across products, including reviews below five stars. Transparency and integrity are extremely important to us as a small, independent business. Their candles are ridiculously overpriced, burn quickly and have no smell. I tried leaving a review and they deleted it! I tried again, thinking it may be a glitch, and again!...it was briefly posted then removed.
