I did not get my code and it has been 6 weeks and I am unable to get a refund

Performed remote USB unlock of my carrier locked Netgear M6 Pro (MR6400) in ~15 mins. Did not request payment until unlock was successful and tested. Did TeamViewer session on a temporary Windows PC install on an isolated network (for my protection). They remoted in, ran their tool, and successfully unlocked my hotspot and then promptly disconnected. Working in IT I am always very suspicious of letting a stranger onto any system or network remotely so I took all the necessary precautions (as should you, regardless of this review) but they were trustworthy and did not try to do anything sketchy or try to look at anything else on PC or network. Once I was able to test another SIM in my device was working they requested payment for agreed upon price and deal was done. I will happily use this service in the future when I need more devices unlocked. Thank you!

I had a pleasant experience with this agency. They helped unlock two AT&T Netgear nighthawk mobile routers (one still had pending payment). Like I did, if the code generator is taking too long, send them a message. They will respond immediately to help resolve the issue.
