The submission portal allows us to reduce costs. It has been invaluable in terms of increasing the speed and easy at which we process files. The customer experience is amazing. We are always able to reach someone by phone, text, email and Slack. They respond almost immediately and always resolve, or help us resolve, any issue. They make requested changes promptly and are great for advice on changes we can implement. There has been an immeasurable improvement to our process since we started working with them 2 years ago.

Ive been working with Johnny and Matt for about a year now. We're just a small ISO who has grown just large enough to really benefit from automating our deal submission process as our list of lenders and partners increases.
