As a firm that provides professional services, payroll is essential to charge our customers. Bigtime has satisfied all our requirements and beyond our expectations. We requested a schedule that was specific to our needs and when we needed technical assistance we could always obtain it.

the best feature of big time is time tracking. It is easy for employees to record their time and also gives managers the ability to track the time their employees spend on other projects.

Thanks for this Shep – its a good reminder and very powerful points of the need to go beyond just asking for a review, and being proactive to communicate the message through the business that the reviews will encompass all areas of service. I was intrigued to read recently though that 76% of customers who are asked to leave a review go on to write one. It surprised me that the rate is this high, though understandable when you think about it given so much of our transactional activity commences online.

The ability to use several functions in one place is the defining factor of Big Time, especially for us who need to save time for other tasks and projects. We have used the tool with our Payroll, for billing and collection of customers, with the database of our internal services, those served, customers, courses that we apply daily for young people and children. Before using Big Time, data was not divided by area of activity. We had no way of dismembering the information quickly and in an agile and secure way. We needed a tool that could filter all our data. With Big Time we were able to do this in a practical, efficient and accessible way for everyone. In addition, we are able to monitor the time of real work of our employees, information we didn't have with certainty

BigTime software is the excellent tool for project management. And it has user friendly interface ease of use for tracking , time reporting and invoicing. Also I feel a difficulty of using in mobile app.

The BigTime Team is amazing to work with! Our implementation specialist, Ryan, worked diligently to ensure that my client had a truly customized invoice for their industry. We had run into a snag with the customization, but the BigTime Team very quickly addressed the issue and worked to correct it in a professional and collaborative manner. The time savings for their accounting department are substantial. The first invoice run reduced processing time by approximately 30% and that is only because some employees were not inputting their own time and expenses and accounting was learning the system still. I highly recommend BigTime!
