Big Tex Boat RentalsReviews of bigtexboatrentals.com

Big Tex boat rentals is the best boat charter company ever! I’ve used them many times and the captains are great and knowledgeable.

Stellar experience with Big Tex Boat Rentals. I’ve used many different groups for rentals but will be returning to Big Tex!

Big Tex is the best boat rental place in ATX!! Great vibes, great music and great people! 5 star experience all around!

Greatest captains on the water! So easy and fun will definitely be using them every time I’m in Austin

Great birthday boat this weekend for my wife! Captain Jessica was awesome and had the group vibing all day with her DJ skillz! Recommend 10 out 10 times to use Big Tex in the future

Very friendly and accommodating

Big Tex Boat Rentals gave us the highlight of our trip to Austin. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and an absolute blast. Our captain was not only skilled and safety-focused, but also super friendly and made everyone feel right at home. He knew all the best coves, swimming spots, and ways to make the day unforgettable. The boats were clean, spacious, and well-kept — exactly what you want when you’re out on the water. Whether we were cruising, swimming, or just relaxing on the lake, the vibes were perfect the entire time. The sound system was great, the energy was fun, and we never felt rushed or limited — it honestly felt like hanging out with a friend who happens to know Lake Austin better than anyone. We loved that they were flexible and easy to communicate with, too. Booking was simple, check-in was quick, and extending our time on the water was no problem at all. Our group couldn’t stop talking about how this was hands down the best part of our weekend — we’re already planning to book again next summer. If you’re looking for a top-notch lake day with amazing service, a great atmosphere, and a captain who truly cares about making sure you have the best time possible, Big Tex Boat Rentals is the one to go with.

The captain was very personable, professional, and valued our safety as much as having a good time.
