Big State Home BuyersReviews of bigstatehomebuyers.com

I sold my house to Big State because they made the best offer and had a good reputation. I considered the option of hiring a contractor to re-model the house and then listing it for sale, but I did not want the months long hassle. I had two reasonable offers from house buyers and decided that Big State offered the best deal. Working with them was a pleasant experience.

Overall experience was excellent. Doug was great, stayed true to his word and communicated very effectively. After speaking with a few investors i felt that Doug and his team were the buyers to go with. Thank you Big State Home Buyers for a smooth transaction and fantastic experience! Would do it again.

I love my experience with big state home buyers . They gave me a good price on my house. Doug guided Me through all the process . I would highly recommend them . DOUG Was awesome !!!

We had a very positive experience with this company. They were patient, while we made our decision, it took us almost 2/3 weeks. They didn’t rush us. They answered all our questions, in a very efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank You, for such a stress free process.

They made me a fair offer within a couple of hours of appraising the house, and closed at my convenience. This was a big deal to me, because the mortgage company required me to sell the existing house before they would approve the loan for the new one!

Big State was efficient and sold my house quickly. I asked many questions and received clear explanations. They were courteous and kept me up to date on everything that happened.
