When my dad decided to sell his house "as is," we contacted three companies. Big State gave us the best deal with no upfront costs & a quick closing. During the process of selling my dad's house, Hunter was always available to answer my questions and help us through the process. I would definitely recommend this company and Hunter!

My uncle was interested in selling his house but thought it was going to be to much work. This was the fastest and easiest transaction on selling my uncle's home. From the time the offer came in and closing there was 3 weeks. The delay was due to my uncle having surgery in another state and needed a week to recover before traveling. Juan was very easy to work with and actually took time to just ask how my uncle's recovery was going. I actually felt it wasn't just a "sell" in his eyes and truly cared. Juan was available for any questions and was able to get back with us in a timely manner even during his weekend hours of traveling. We were able to handle most of everything remotely which came in handy with being we were states away from my uncle's home in Texas. Big State Home Buyers handled things very organized and respectfully. I would highly recommend Juan and the team at Big State Home Buyers to anyone who is looking to sell their home. Thank you Juan for making this bitter sweet decision smooth for my uncle! Now to the next chapter of living with great nieces and nephew!

I was trying to find their number from when they had been at my before and out of the blue they called as I was looking for the number . the next day we had a contract in hand and we closed in about 3 weeks time. Our sales person did a great job and I would recommend him and the company.

Juan and the rest of the Big State team worked hard and diligently to get my deal closed. Big State made the process speedy and professional (less than 20 days to close). Thank you Big State, I look forward to working with you in the very near future.

I needed to sell my home quickly and wanted the fairest price for my largest investment! I had an initial discussions/offers with a few investors/buyers. I went down the path with a couple of them and watched their offers dwindle and experienced delay tactics and extremely frustrating "negotiation techniques". I ended up calling Big State Home Buyers back as I re-evaluated my situation. They didn't tell me an offer that I wanted to hear and later tear it apart $10k at a time. They offered me the fairest price, stuck with it and were open and honest throughout the entire process...which was very expedient too! Excellent communication and detailed explanation of every part of the transaction and process.
