I had an excellent experience Big Sky was so easy to deal with and gave me all the information I needed to send my donation in to them.

If you are looking to recycle old phones, this is the way to go!

1.Their website is informative and easy to navigate. 2.They pay for shipping costs if you send 5 or more qualifying items. 3.They send an email when they receive the items and explain the process of the recycling. 4.Their recycling program supports awesome programs. 5.My items didn't end up in a landfill.

Seamless process, clear directions, a choice of charities and a nice thank you acknowledgement.

I was a quick and easy process. Just print the label, put the phones in a box and drop at the post office.

Great way to recycle old cell phones. Instructions for returning the phones was clear and easy to understand. I returned five phones and a tablet, so shipping was free. I'm happy to know that the phones will be used again.

Easy to use, great communication, good course to support.

The website was easy to navigate and helpful in how to erase our information on our devices prior to shipping. Having enough devices shipping was free. I just had to pack in a box and attach the shipping label. I love the fact that these phones will go to good use for someone in need and not have to be tossed in the trash.
