The process was so easy. Wondering what to do with all these old phones, googled the web, up popped you and easy web site and instructions. Free was another great feature and off to the post office to mail it. A couple of weeks later a nice email telling me you received it, which was very nice. I am glad someone can use these phones, for me it was battery issues.

I had a bunch of old cell phones and needed to do something with them. Big Sky makes it extremely easy to send as they send you a prepaid label and all you need to do is box up your phones and slap on the label and drop off at the post office.
