Good communication back

All good! They do what they say and the process is a breeze. Thanks!

The process was easy. I’m happy to pass on the phones to a good cause.

So nice to have an easy way to manage old tech. Ours might be too old to reuse, but it beat putting nine old phones in the trash. TBH, we didn't have the ability to power up old phones to delete personal info, but we're hopeful that the company's policies and other ratings mean no one knows anything about us (frankly, it's hard to believe that given the age of the phones we sent in will be anything but reduced to parts).

Great experience, prepaid shipping for 5 or more phones to be recycled, helps support charities, easy and convenient.

It was so simple. Just put in a box and send to them. I will use them again?

Easy to use, simple instructions and overall fantastic customer service! I will definitely be using this service again !

It was so easy to send the items to be recycled. It felt good to be able to recycle all these items rather than add to the trash that would just add to the negative environment.
