We've been with BigScoots for 12 years
We've been with BigScoots for 12 years, customer service is exceptional as is support. Polite prompt and efficient. The servers are reliable and downtime is very rare. Support is very, very good, quite dogged and there hasn't been a problem they haven't been able to fix. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Super-Fast Support!
Whenever I have a question about my blog, BigScoots always acknowledges my email immediately and then responds quickly. They make any adjustments I inquire about super-fast and always have the best technical solutions. My service experience with them is always 5 star!

Great service, always here to help
I have been with Bigscoots for 10 years, and I can't think of a company with better support! Servers are always great and they are here to help with each and everything, sometimes even out of their domain. Highly recommended for each one of you starting a journey online!

Bigscoots does what they are supposed…
Bigscoots does what they are supposed to do and support is usually top notch. Usually. Email system could be better. Been with them for 7 years or more (don't remember exactly the start date) and I appreciate their service.
