Purchased a floor model refrigerator on April 15, 2026, and it has not worked from day one. After reporting the issue immediately, I expected a return or replacement. Instead, I was routed through a service process that took nearly two weeks, including waiting for a technician, parts ordering, and a rescheduled repair because the parts were sent to the wrong location. During this time, I rearranged my schedule multiple times for appointments, only to still be left with a non-working refrigerator. After continued follow-up, I was finally offered a refund—but only if I return the unit myself or pay a pickup fee. This is not a case of a customer changing their mind. The product was defective from the start and never usable. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. A situation that should have been handled as a simple return turned into a prolonged and inconvenient process, with the burden placed on the customer to resolve an issue caused by a defective product. I would strongly encourage the company to review how situations like this are handled, particularly when a product is non-functional at the time of sale
