Paul: The credit/debit card payment method was selected on your 2290 return. You may pay the heavy vehicle tax due to the IRS using a Credit or Debit card on the IRS Tax Payment Page. https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-taxes-by-credit-or-debit-card The IRS uses standard service providers and business/commercial card networks, and your information is used solely to process your payment.
