Dear valued customer, We have canceled your order as requested since we could not meet your desired delivery timeline. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping, and delivery time (depending on the shipping carrier) takes 9-12 business days. We are transparent about our processing and shipping times with all customers. While we understand your frustration, we operate with clear timelines communicated during checkout. The cancellation has been processed and your payment will be refunded according to your bank's policies. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Dear valued customer, Jordan sneakers are sold by individual sizes, and each size has its own inventory level. Although the product is still displayed on the website, the specific size you ordered is currently out of stock. Regarding the price change: Jordan prices typically fluctuate based on size and timing. Popular sizes often command higher prices than less common sizes. This is a market-driven pricing policy. Regarding your refund: We always process refunds immediately on our end. However, the actual time for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the out of stock situation and appreciate your understanding.
