I love your product! And have ordered several times. But shipping is always the slowest thing possible with UPS. Out of all the things I order for my business. I have to wait on snail shipping from this company.

I ordered a garment bag and paid priority shipping fees. It was originally scheduled for a Wednesday delivery-great; then changed to a Thursday deivery-ok and then to Friday-too late, was traveling that day. They need to change who they ship their priority orders with.

It took awhile to get the order shipped. I didn’t receive updates as to where it was in the process.

The bags themselves are very good quality and arrived fairly quickly. The material feels durable and works great for storage and travel needs. My only issue was that one of the bags was a slightly different size than expected, and the color was not exactly what I ordered. Overall, still happy with the purchase and would likely order again.

One of the bags is a slightly different size than the same size order of ten I ordered. In addition, there are some red and blue threads in a few of the bags?!
