BigLaserReviews of biglasers.com

I tried BIGLASER.COM because they seemed to have the higher power laser pointers that I was seeking for an optics project. I ordered a red and green 2-Watt laser with the sport safety goggles for eye protection. Waited two weeks and nothing arrived. When I complained several times, a package finally arrived from China (so much for being located in NY State). The package contained a purple laser, not red, and a none functioning green laser. The goggles were also wrong for the wavelength of lasers that I purchased. In short, the entire order was useless to me at a cost of over $1200. I tried calling them and emailing them for ten days without any response. I am now having my bank recover my funds as a fraudulent transaction. Don't waste your time or money with these scammers. Found the same items at Shadow Lasers for half the price.

Just another cheap shit Chinese company! Paid $130 for a green 200mw laser, as we have a substantial duck and goose issue near my home. Definitely not a 200mw laser! Not even close! Maybe a 5 or 10mw at most. Zero difference in brightness or power from the $20 laser pointers off Amazon. Battery is cheap, charger barely staying together Packaging was cheap as well shipped USPS. Nothing more than a tiny little bubble wrap envelope barely big enough for the laser. Customer service? Forget it! Pretty much non-existent. Wish I would have read their reviews earlier! So tired of Chinese crap!

They made sure i get the package but when i got it i got a cheap green laser i could build myself and then they said oh no what happened can you send a photo and then when i sent it they ghosted me, i got scammed $35 for the laser NEVER buy from them Edit: if you want a laser pointer it is better to buy your own laser diode and components ans build your own than giving money to these scammers.

The company was good about helping me make sure I had it all put together correctly however it’s no more than a green light and nothing more. Doesn’t even burn through paper or leaves. I hope they get into contact and make this right cause 800$ is to much to waist and I’m not a satisfied customer @ this point.

Zero stars, absolute scam website. Order a a 100mw laser for $90 and they will send you some junk widely sold on Amazon or similar sites for $10. They provide no documentation with the item that lists the output or other specifications, because they know they're selling you junk. This site, and others similar to it need to removed, they're openly committing fraud.

If I could give negative stars I would this is a BIGSCAM their website makes it look like they are a quality company but they are selling the cheapest lasers from EBay. I ordered one for $150.00. I couldnt believe how cheap it was when it arrived I complained and they sent me another one but I found out later I could have got the exact same model for $10.00 off eBay.

I bought a 90$ 50mw purple laser and recieved a cheap 20$ knock off from china that looked absolutly nothing like the one i ordered. They tried telling me it was the same laser just a different color on the outside, but it was not even close to similar. They eventually refunded my money after i shipped it back. Do not recomend this company.
