I have no received the product,I contacted you and you did no responde to me, I highly recommend not to buy from this company

Asked for an owners manual and did not receive it.

Required to pay for returns and the vendor then only refunds 70% of the original purchase price, will not purchase from again.

return & credit not accepted Supplier didnt accept return of unit when unit was never used and still brand new.

Terrible company to deal with. At this point I feel it’s a scam as they shipped my order through another country and now a month later only keep saying they are looking into why it’s not delivered. They won’t refund my money until my product arrives so I’m out money and customer service is non existent.
