I was more than pleased with their extensive knowledge of electric carts. I really like they have tested all the carts, and only carry things that actually work. The right one for my needs was the AxGlo e5. Quite a nifty set of features. Right out of the box works very well. Even better when you use the phone to set specifics such as speeds, metrics and follow distances.

The staff I spoke to were knowledgeable, easily available and pleasant to work with.

Purchased the Follow M8. I would strongly prefer a complete refund and would happily return this piece of junk. Staff was great and very helpful during the purchase process. Product delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the product itself is absolute garbage. One wheel has already fallen off, balance wheel in the rear has fallen off and lost the bolt attachment. It has tipped over so many times the lid on the storage compartment has broken off and the handle is cracked. 9/2 UPDATE: Big Horn Golfer fully refunded me although Green Eagle won't honor it so BHG is eating the costs. Standup company, does the right thing by its customers.

I watched many videos while researching electric push carts. Nick and the Big Horn Golfer crew provide the best informative videos in an entertaining format. I bought the Axglo e5 and I'm very happy with it. Delivery was quick. Follow mode is awesome. Played 27 holes the other day and had plenty of battery life left at the end of the day.
