I had a kamado bbq with a cracked fire box. I had not been able to find a replacement any where. On a hunch I contacted Green Egg. They checked my measurements and arranged to send me replacement. It arrived via a lorry to within a minute of the stated delivery time. Excellent customer service, top quality product backed up by extremely professional delivery service. Very very pleased!

I am having a hard time understanding why there are not a lot of reviews for this product. I got one for Christmas a couple of years ago and I love this thing. There is no telling how many propane gas grills I have thrown away or given away in my lifetime. I use this to grill and smoke. You can't smoke meat on a propane grill. I have never been dissappointed with the results. The initial investment is more than a gas grill, but consider how many gas grills you have to replace burners or just buy a new grill. Over time, I would have saved a lot of money if I just had bought one of these in the first place.
