I am not big on mail order, but was very pleased with getting my order in 4 business days, just using standard US Mail. Im sure my son will love his christmas present.

I wanted warm pajamas with feet in them. Only if you are a short person under 5 feet I would recommend you not to buy these pajamas. They are for people six foot and have big feet. I was disappointed. The feet are not warm walking on tile floor. I wouldn't order these again unless for a tall person. Not fun to walk in.

I recently received my order from Big Feet. I purchased a pair of the cream colored knit pajamas for myself and a pair of red plaid flannels for my husband. When I opened the package and pulled out the knit pair I was surprised to see how thin the material was. I guess they were meant for warm weather (I am not sure who wears footies in the Summer), I put them on and was surprised to see that they were see thru..not too great when wearing them with the kids around...but I figured I would just wear a bathrobe. When I went to use the drop seat...I pulled apart the velcro and the side attached to the suit ripped right off about 3 inches worth. I was pretty sad by then and hoped at lease the pair for hubby would work out. My husband put his on and they actually fit him pretty well and he found them warm and comfy...until he bent over and they ripped in the crotch region. At that point I just gave up.

I ordered the footed micro fleece pajamas because I was looking for something to keep my body and feet warm at night. I was very pleased with the way they fit and feel. They brought back a lot of good memories when I was a child and wore footed pajamas. They are very comfortable, warm and are a bit loose fitting but, that is a good thing so you don't feel confined.I would recommend footed pajamas to any one who is looking for something that is comfortable at night along with being very warm.

The PJs are cute, well made and reasonably priced. They run very big. Wish I would have ordered a size smaller!

I recently ordered some product from this company, but it did not arrive in time for halloween, despite their efforts to have it do so. Not only did they refund the purchase price of the product once I returned it, they also covered the shipping costs!!! They were also very quick to do so, with no questions and no hassles. I am recommending them to my friends, and I will also return to their online store for Christmas gifts. Great customer service. I recommend them for sure.
