Game changer!
I've had a significantly better experience with Big Easy Weight Loss compared to my previous med spa. The cost is significantly lower (more than half of what I paid before) and the level of care is more personalized. I've had virtual consultations with a doctor and can easily reach customer service representatives over the phone, which is a big improvement from my previous experience where all communication was done via email. I'm glad I made the switch to Big Easy Weight Loss.

The people running the company and the…
The people running the company and the doctor were great. Responsive, down to earth, appropriately caring. The meds were a bit slow to get to me, but that seems to be growing pains. Big Easy is good and I trust will only get better.

Excellent Company & Experience!!
I had my first virtual appointment with Dr. Hooks through Big Easy Weight Loss last week. Dr. Hooks was patient, took the time to answer any and all questions I had, as well as explained my different medication options and possibly what to expect based on other patients experiences. She said my meds would arrive within 7-10 days & they arrived within that timeframe. The enclosed instructions were very thorough & I had no problems with my first injection. Aside from the “clinical” aspect of BEWL, there is an amazing Facebook group; I highly recommend joining. There is a lot of support and encouragement from all on this journey. The company’s CEO is also a member of the FB group & he has gone above and beyond with answering questions, sharing his personal weight loss experience, and simply cheering everyone on! Additionally, if you or someone you know is considering weight loss medications, BEWL’s prices can’t be beat!
