bigDAWGS was AMAZING to work with. They came through for us during the first round of Covid-19 shutdowns and delivered a beautiful product. The soundcards arrived earlier than expected and were in top condition. Margaret was absolutely wonderful to work with. Made the process very easy and kept us well informed along the way. Would absolutely order with this company again.

Wanted to consider ordering personalized cards for my daughter, who is a 2020 Senior. After I didn’t reply to email within 24 hours, some creep started calling and texting. Then dismissed my inquiry as if he/she didn’t have time unless I was going to order over 50 items!! They don’t have time for the little people I assume. I agree with other comments. Person is childish, snippy, and made me feel as if he/she was being inconvenienced. Then sent laughing emojis when I said “stop texting me“. Very unprofessional

Hello. We are sorry to hear of your experience. Please note that our BIGDAWGS PROMO brand is for custom orders and usually for corporations and organizations. Our corporate sales department is not setup to handle small orders. We do have a personal greeting line at www.bigdawgsgreetings.com which you should have been referred to. If you would like to reconsider us, please contact us at [email protected] and we will send you a free card from our www.bigdawgsgreetings.com store.
