Let’s start with the pressure and confidence of Hagen who guaranteed how well things would go once I pay them $2500… done. Pay the money and you won’t hear from him again. Next step is the outsourced agents who make AI generated creatives you can do on your own and take forever to reply. Ads quality is trash and you can probably guess the lead’s quality is even worse. $8,000+ spent between Google and meta and not a single dollar or policy written. I asked for IUL leads for working professionals. I paid $350+ per lead on Google (and they didn’t even show up on calls or answer) and got 65+ geriatrics on meta at a cost of $40 per and they also did not show up. They also ran ads after I asked to stop and burned through my money like no one’s business. Made a promise to make up for it and did not. Stay away from these clowns. It is without a doubt you will have a better ROI at your local blackjack or roulette tables. Waste of time, energy, and money. Not sure how they’re still in business.

I purchased Big Daddy Leads' 99¢ data leads expecting at least a reasonable percentage of working contact information. Instead, a significant number of the phone numbers were disconnected or otherwise unusable, making the leads far less valuable than advertised. I reached out to their support multiple times in an effort to resolve the issue professionally and discuss possible compensation or replacement leads, but I received no response whatsoever. As a paying customer, I expected better communication and accountability. Selling low-cost leads is one thing, but ignoring customers after the sale is unacceptable. Until Big Daddy Leads addresses the quality of their 99¢ data leads and improves their customer service, I cannot recommend them to other insurance agents or sales professionals looking for reliable lead vendors.

Not great support, but the leads that were generated were all very generic AI ads, so not a lot of engagement, and the leads that did sign up weren't OTP verified. Asked for that to be enabled and was ignored. So I canceled my agreement, and then was charged the monthly retainer even after canceling and being ghosted for that to be stopped and refunded.
