When you don't recieved your deposit because they are sent from anyone not the platform itself and show all kinda of proof you did not get it... they will tell you it was successful and to check with your account and no matter what you show them they keep saying the same thing. Will not show proof that it was indeed sent to you.

When you play for your bonus the game's pay out and the winds are plenty. Once you make that deposit though you stop winning anything at all. I tried at several different times several different amounts of bets and after I made that deposit all I did was lose. I want $1,000 in the bonus and I can't collect anything because they make it seem like if you deposit money you'll get some of that back 270% in fact is what they claim but what you get is nada. All their games are rigged. Don't waste your time or your money!

I put a request in on December 13, 2025 and still has yet to receive a deposit. Stay away from all platforms like these. They do not payout and I have already reported them as well

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! They give you a free bonus to play when you sign up and let you seem like your winning then when you try to redeem they say you must make a deposit then you will be able to redeem. So I did what they suggested. When I went to redeem all my winnings were gone. So I went back to the same game I was playing and guess what. NOT A SINGLE WIN WITH THE MONEY I DEPOSITED. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE!!!! IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I have been waiting for my redemption since November of 2025, and I keep getting the same scripted lines over and over again. “Thank you for your patience. We’re sorry for any inconvenience but due to all the big ticket redemptions the review queue is backed up but we will gladly inform you as soon as your ticket has been reviewed and updated”. I believe three months is long enough for it to be reviewed and updated. I’ve even reduced the amount and split into smaller tickets, and they are still hung up on the “bigger” one. Until needed the larger amounts redeemed , I didn’t have a problem with this game/casino, and would have given them 5 stars.
