Trash support service, and scam site

I have tried to Cashout on several occasions after meeting all the little stipulations and they said successful one one but I never received the winnings and the other says rejected. Scam No way to call customer service for help

Straight up scam don't waste your time trust me and the others that have wrote a review about this scandalous outfit

It's crazy how you have to deposit just to cash out what you earned by playing when you 1st signed up for this site. But they want you too deposit first to get your winnings in seconds they say . My gut feeling is telling me scam site straight up . I never had to deposit to withdrawal on any other site . So why this one . I should try it . To see if they even honor there cash out .

First, anyone who plays sweepstakes/social casino's knows that pragmatic games are no longer available in America. And seeing how the majority of their games are pragmatic shows they're 100% a SCAM! Secondly, it was practically impossible for me to go broke! They have their games set up to prevent you from going completely broke with the "bonus money" that they start you off with. I literally played for 2HRS STRAIGHT and NEVER went under $0.20/enough to make a minimal bet. Which of course activated a bonus and shot me back up to $20. So, I made a $20 bet and I'm now back at $2,100! (For the 4th time, after playing it down to $0.20 4 different time's!) And, as the other 2 reviews said, you gotta deposit/spend $50 to cash out $1!!! Yes, ONE DOLLAR! It would cost me $100,000 to cash out my $2,000!!! Yeah, F×ck this site! It was fun playing the pragmatic games, though! I miss them!

Well at least they answered the questions I asked. I found out that the conversion of there bonus is 50 dollars you get 1.2 SC coins from BC coins meaning if you won $400.00 dollars of bonus coins it would take $20,000 to claim all of the BC. None of this is in there terms and conditions. So don't deposit thinking you are going to cashout your bonus coins right way. Also not sure about the games not paying after deposit because I didn't make one. Waste of time.

This site is a scam. The bonus that they give you when registering can only be redeemed one dollar at a time after spending $50 they you have deposited. So, let’s say you win $200 in bonus money (SB), for every $50 in SC that you play, they give you $1 of your SB. For you to be able to redeem your $200 SB, you’d have to play $11,000 in SC. Also, when playing your bonus money (SB), they make all the games hit spin after spin but after you deposit, nothing hits. It’s another scam. If anyone says otherwise, they work for this place so don’t be fooled.
