Doesn't pay out and customer service is non responsive. Scam app

Have over $100 on there tried to redeem before I knew about verification , verified thinking it would come back so I could do it again but nope ! the website will not allow me to cash out Ive reached out to support about 9 times within almost a month they’ve responded once and said they would look into it and never got a response back horrible do not recommend just take your chances with Scrambly honestly ! Time and money WASTED !! they have the time to push a dozen codes and ads to me and if I use them or do more offers I can’t get this cash seems like a scam DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

Horrible app missing rewards promo codes never work and there no help when you try and fix it don't download it trust me I made that mistake no stars

Bonjour Voilà 4 semaines que j’attends le versement de mon retrait. Je reçois des mails me disant qu’il faut patienter…. Que le versement a été fait sur mon compte. Alors qu’il n’y a rien du tout. Quand je vais sur le site et que je parle à l’opérateur, il me dit qu’il faut contacter le service client. Ce sont des voleurs qui profitent de la faiblesse des gens.

Don't use it. The missed credits would be alot more annoying if it mattered, because the withdrawals are not going to show up anyways. Support is no use. And the emails are insanely annoying when they are all 'oh hey, here's a code!' which you know you'll never get. I finally had enough today when I received an email saying 'hey we noticed you haven't made any withdrawals so here's...' HA yeah I attempted two withdrawals and I got paid nothing so shove it, bigcash. Damn site cost me money. If you really need a payout site, I recommend topsurveys (although sometimes it takes awhile for credit rewards to show in balance) and moneytime. The payments through PayPal always go through in a couple minutes and moneytime refreshes your balances every three hours so you always know how much you earned.

Scam ass app

This company is a scam. I cashed out almost $50 but spent about $20 and it said pending and they took it off after and took all my points. Been emailing the support email for the past 2 weeks and they dont respond.

Bigcashweb is great when you first start out earning rewards from their offers, but once you reach the higher thresholds of rewards, their support team outright ignores your requests for rewards to be credited for completed offer steps. Here is my advice; exploit their "BigCash specials" using the bonuses for making first purchases to catapult yourself further in progress in other offers from the specials tab. Don't waste more than $5 of your own money, but get some decent higher step rewards, and once you don't get credit for the first step that took any meaningful effort/ time, ditch the website. The support team will ignore you if you're missing credit for higher rewards, so don't waste the time trying. Learn from my and others mistakes, exploit BigCash like the way they've exploited us.
