First of all it didn’t start off bad. They don’t pay!! You can go thru the process and even Verification for payout but once you do and a few hours go by anything to do with your cashout disappears. There is no more history section on the cashout page there is no confirmation email that was ever sent stating about your cashout how much timeframe ya know stuff like that. You get no respond from customer support nor any acknowledgment that you even emailed customer support. They are pocketing the money that you spent time earning via surveys and/or games. It’s not right. Too many companies are doing this now and it’s not right.

I really had hope with this one but it didn't take long before I realized that it was just a scam. You'll complete tasks but never receive credit for them. Although support does message you back they offer no support for missing rewards. The payout amounts are unusually high per offer completed, but you know what they say about if it sounds to good to be true then.... Well ya know.

i liked this app cause collecting points is not hard and all, but I have redeemed a giftcard and it's been two weeks since. I expected it to be in my account in two days, but left disappointed.

BigCash app is a scam. Six weeks down the line, I have not received my reward. Contacted support team via the email provided through my Google review. Still no reward. Please, if you want to earn money, this app is not for you. Just want what is due to me, so that I can delete this app. You cannot spend so much time trying to reach the threshold, and once you do, the is no reward. I feel this is unprofessional and unfair to us customer. Why is it so hard to reward me,or atleast communicate with me.

well this scam site i did the usa today offer and didn't get rewarded well i sent screenshot in a ticket i opened in app. well it had email address and all showing i paid for trial and was legit they answered saying it didnt track and bad service can cause this but i live in deep country and all bad service and i showed proof so they screwed me into subscription of something i never read and screwed me out if 5$ they were supposed to pay so DONT USE THIS SERVICE BECAUSE BIG CASH WEB IS SCAMMERS AND WONT PAY XZ🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I agree these people are thieves. Steal your data and nothing in return. I have now deleted this app on all devices and refuse to communicate with them. I’m awaiting 4 payouts now and still nothing. I’ve tried emailing them with no response. It’s like they don’t exist anymore but there app is still online. Not worth it.
