This app is a scam. It's been more than 8 months now waiting for my $10.00. The support team does not even answer emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT. Even though they are still marketing and advertising. This is not a legit app.

Don't waste your time!
Do not play here. They do not credit your money to you that you earn. Then their selections may say, "complete the task and you'll earn 7.50." in reality it is not $7.50, it's maybe a dollar. This company is VERY misleading. I will not be playing or using this platform again!

If I could I would give them negative…
If I could I would give them negative stars half the time they just scam you . So it stopped tracking for some reason I basically was able to get all the other milestones done for the most part completely fine except for the last one and I checked and I made two purchases cuz you get double back if you make five purchases and it was tracking they just weren't going to pay me my money It was a scam never use this it's useless and will scam you and good luck getting support you'll be lucky if you get an automated response and even then if you do get a response from them usually they'll just retaliate and shut down your account or put you in the negatives ultimately a very scummy company I will never use them again and I don't think you should either they're not worth your time you'll waste hours trying to get the money and then poof it's gone and if you try to basically say anything to the support team they give you an attitude they get mad or they just ignore you completely

Reoccurring bugs
Reoccurring bugs. Like a negative 48000 coins or so. Contacted them last week when i logged in after a break to find the bug was back, and got a response of 3 words. We will check.
Daily check in emails and not a single response as of yet. Support has literally ghosted me. Every time it takes threats of reporting the company and sharing screenshots and emails before they "patch" my convenient bug that coincides with any sizable milestone reward from whatever offer im playing with.
4th time this has happened in a year. Was accused of using a vpn last time, and had to send diagnostic data from my phone to prove otherwise. Multiple milestones in games missed, about 50% or so. When they fix bugs they seem to forget to credit users for any of the issues.
I plan on reaching out to google, along with a few internet watchdog agencies regarding them. Actively profiting from users, collecting data under false premises, and underhanded and facetious methods regarding their rewards, how they offer fake incentives and claim to track games are just a few of the items that should be investigated. They even claim this on their main page:
4.7/5 on Google & TrustPilot
Hmmm. I wonder what the service has to say regarding the obvious lie, and overall scam that is Bigcash?
Edit: Just contacted by support, and told in first sentence a vpn was used on my end. I explained how that isnt possible, and how the bug is from following links from bigcash emails. A redirect in the link to login sends accounts on their sites into a Negative point balance by breaking a host script during authentication. I explained this before, months ago to another support, and tonight to this one. I explained the vpn excuse is rubbish. And im an it specialist, working on networks and switch connected systems for various companies, and their lackluster website can detect a login location, but not whether a vpn was used or not, and site scripts react to email links, as I've shown them previously.
Now waiting to see whether this support will use the information or ignore it like the company has for a year so far. Will update the outcome.
