Excellent from sales to installation
Excellent from sales to installation. Tucker Fine, sales rep. was superb from get go, and he stayed with us the entire process. American Steel, who processed the order was also professional and great to work with. Pricing was reasonable and upfront. The installation team was prompt, professional and disciplined from the moment they arrived. It took about 5 hours to complete the project. Juan Jose, and his crew deserve a special shout out for a job well done. After permits were pulled, the entire process went flawlessly. Our building is 16x22 with a 4/12 pitch, and a 10’ roll up door. The structure is solid, and also nice looking from the road. We highly recommend Big Buildings Direct to work with as they deliver what they promise!!
