I used Big Apple for the first time and was very impressed with their prompt delivery and beautiful product. I called in and within about 1 hour the bouquet arrived. It was beautiful and exactly as I'd ordered. I'd definitely use them again! Thank you!

Service, turn around time & end product were all AMAZING, the only drawback was how expensive it was, but that's the price you pay for flowers through a florist (especially in NY). Overall VERY happy with what I paid for.

I was in a jam and did not know where to turn as I am in San Francisco and my clients party was in Manhattan. Nicole Roach worked with me every step of the way not only to stay within the rprescribed budget but to also provide some of the prettiest bouquets you have aver seen. Thanks BIG APPLE FLORIST!

The company was easy to order from and responded to all e-mails pretty quickly. They were reasonably priced and showed up with a great product. Would definitely use them again.

I called last minute for a friend's baby shower which was the next day and Lui was so amazing. I described what I wanted to her (garden chic, pinks and yellows and vibrant) and the arrangements I requested were even more beautiful than I imagined. Everything was delivered before I arrived at the venue and the mama to be was happy as well. She was great at working within my budget and the table setting/flowers were such a hit. I highly recommend Big Apple Florist for all your floral needs!
