Peetty, nice quality crystal rhinestone diamond kits.
Love the kits I have received so far. The butterfly and bird windchime kits are beautiful and fun to make. Last order on hold for restocking items ordered. Asked to change some of the kits before shipping and they said they would change them, not to worry. Fast response to my e-mails. Love the new country girls and horses kits!

They were really good about contacting me and keeping me posted on the progress of my order. They also replaced missing beads and let me know when an item was no longer available so I could order a substitute.

Excellent quality of painting.
I ordered 4 diamond painting kits of copies of my photographs of my dogs. I had sent the same picture for 2 of the kits. The company were brilliant, they emailed me right away pointing out my error and I uploaded a different picture. They were extremely helpful and kind. I cannot express the joy I felt when the 4 pictures arrived, they were fabulous, they had captured the dog’s expressions wonderfully and that was before I filled them in. I have had other kits from Biganydeals and they have always been excellent quality. I will always use this firm and can’t recommend them enough.
