I ordered a t-shirt and got an email confirmation that it would cost $26.98, but my credit card was charged $33.73 - no explanation as to why it cost more. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Very very disappointed that it said “ monol” instead of monologue. Embarrassed to wear it that way. I’ve have a dozen people point that out to me and ask about it. Was this a printing error or are they all this way? I paid quite a bit of money for this shirt so expected better quality. Weird fabric too.

It took 3 weeks to receive. Poor quality.I tried to track order but it sent me to something sketchy. Thought I was being scammed, but fortunately the shirt arrived. I was disappointed with my purchase.

They sell knock-off products, not an official licensed product, claiming to be a USA store. Big4Apparel is a shell company for a China seller, Altansjs co., ltd. The order takes 6 weeks to arrive, and they added a $10.75 "tax" to my order after payment without my permission. T-Shirt quality was "acceptable" but not high quality. Baseball cap arrived smashed because it was sent in an envelope.

I never received feedback regarding the status of my order. It took so long for me to get my order. I’m praying that this is the right size for me. And looking at the size our order and what the size is on the items they may not be the right size for me. And there are no instructions on returns. Overall, I did not like the experience of how you all handled my order.

Order not fulfilled properly. Received one shirt as ordered. Second shirt was not what was ordered. Working with CustSvc to correct.

The t shirt is fine. The long sleeve shirt looks like it was sewn inside out!! Weird material. Don’t like it at all!!

I had expected more of a tee shirt material but this was more like a football jersey. When I went back to website to look at the original item, it was nowhere to be found!
