DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. Feels like a total scam. Product never arrived. They claim it was delivered. I asked for the USPS tracking number. The tracking info they provided says USPS was used for the delivery. They refused to provide any USPS tracking number that would allow to track an exact location delivery - possibly because my shipment was never legitimate. I have a postal account that notifies me of all shipments once they enter the USPS system. I never received any such notification of a shipment coming. I have home cameras that would show the delivery. Nothing on the camera. When I ordered the product, the website said it would ship from the US. That was a lie. It shipped from China. It also said funds would go to World Central Kitchen -a non-profit. That appears to also be a lie. They sell unlicensed merchandise. I’ve reached out to them and they keep saying it has been delivered- also a lie. But they won’t provide any USPS proof for it to be tracked. At this point they took my money and provided nothing in return

I ordered the Last Show with Stephen Colbert tee shirt. What was sent was a cheap material shirt way too big and nothing like was pictured. Plus the cost went from $21 to $39. When I requested a refund they claimed it would cost $25-$30 at my expense however they would refund my $3 of the $39 they took. Major disappointment this was a total scam.

I want to return these. They’re crap.

Their claim was that the t-shirt I ordered was authentic and donations would go to a specific charity. They lied! The t-shirts are knockoffs and they're pricey, to add insult to injury. I doubt any money will go to a charity. Not only is the t-shirt I received a knock-off but it has a typo, making unwearable for me or anyone else. I sent a photo and requested a replacement. They offered a $3, then an $8 credit. This is unacceptable, especially since I will never order from them again. They want me to return the defective shirt, overseas, even though I sent photo proof that it's unwearable. Don't be scammed by them. Better to buy from Etsy or another known source.

This company overcharged me, refunded the overcharge amount and then fought me to cancel the order when it hadn't shipped out for 10 days. They took great lengths to hide the fact that they are a China based company (claiming to be US based).

I would have no stars to be honest. My order took forever and when I received it the quality was horrible and it wasn’t the shirt I ordered. I tried to get a refund or a way to return but after numerous attempts had no response.

Big4 apparel is a scam company. They charged and additional fee for PayPal but I didn't use PayPal. I did get a refund of the fee. When I finally received my shirt it was way smaller than the tag inside said. I contacted the company and did exactly as was directed. After almost 2 weeks I again attempted to arrange either a refund or and exchange. I was told I could get a $3 refund ; on a $24.99 shirt and keep the shirt, or return the shirt with a probable $20 to $30 shipping fee to China. Never, ever, purchase anything from these scammers. They refuse to stand behind their products, and have extremely poor customer service.
