Everything Delivered As Promised And More
I tacoed my front wheel at the height of summer and wanted to get back on my bike immediately. All my local bike shops had weeks long waiting lists to build me a wheel. BWW got me back on the road in less than a week with a beautifully custom built wheel. Chris at BWW promptly and patiently answered all my questions and all promises were fulfilled. As a bonus I got a free hub upgrade without asking. I couldn't be happier. I took my new custom built wheel to my local bike builder for spoke tensioning after riding on it for several hundred kms and the wheel builder commented on how well built it was. I did have a small issue with making payment with my Visa card on the BWW website but when I paid by PayPal instead it worked fine.
