Beautiful vase , excellent service
I have received my vase and it is absolutely beautiful. I panicked when I had an email to say it had been delivered when I had not received it. I contacted this company immediately and received a swift reply on a Sunday. They were helpful and began to investigate, however it arrived the next day. I obviously told them straight away. I received a beautiful reply and the customer service is second to none. I really cannot recommend this company enough. As we all know you can tell how good people are by how they deal with queries. I have nothing but praise and thanks for their response.
