The ease of ordering and the speed of delivery were great. The best part by far was opening my vase. The box it arrives in was a book in itself, the base is more than I could hope for. True to its description and beautiful on its own let alone with a few stems in. I had previously sent one to a friend who like me, loved the vase. I will send more as gifts for certain.
