Unacceptable support – Constant crashes and asked to buy the game again I've been dealing with constant game crashes for months. All other games on my PC run fine, so this is strictly a Dead by Daylight issue. Support's only "solution" was to tell me to buy the game again on Steam. It's ridiculous to ask a customer to pay twice for a broken product caused by their own game errors, which also resulted in unfair bans and lost access to skins I paid for.

Behavior interactive being Sold the IP Dead by daylight after a bankruptcy from Starbreeze studios has got to be one of the worst things ever to of happened in my gaming career. They have a substantial issue of not accepting feedback and exploit reports when it comes to their Steam forums and their official forums. I was outright banned from the steam forum when I tried to point out that the company was doing an illegal practice here in the United States and that i was trying to be helpful. Instead of the moderator deleting the topic and forwarding it to the company. They instead banned me out of petty-ness. For starters. this game has undergone some really poor decisions made at the top. A game that was based upon American HORROR films no longer is an horror game. it is now some strange Fan Fiction mash up of how strange fandom meets horror movies. Dont ask me how we go from a Dark scary game that makes your heart race, to a weird game of gymnastics with bad guys from Famous movie franchises. Like who signs off on this?! For starters, game balance turned into a wreck. We had bad guys free passes and the characters that are supposed to be heroes of the game are suddenly turned into losers the moment one of their team mates is lagging behind. The Closing of the hatch is the biggest slap in the face to anyone because if one or two team mates that you are randomly paired off with are being trolls or are not applying effort. The Hatch mechanic was in place from the original creators of this game (starbreeze) to incentivize you survived the "Darwin test". Now, the badguy gets a free pass at the behest of your terrible team mate, and gets to close the hatch so you basically have to pay for what your bad team mates failed to do! next is the perks issue. BBQ and chili, and other radar perks are used to give the badguy a specific instance that occurs in the game to see the location of everyone hiding! Yes.. in a game of high stakes "hide and go seak". They give the badguy (the seaker) now a radar perk?! WTF?! talk about poor game design? Their excuse for this was giving bad players a way to be good at hide n seek.. okay so now everyone that cheats (including my friends that play this game and download hax) use BBQ and Chili, and nurses calling, and game exploits to keep the perk running.. LOL!!! Anyway, dealing with customer service has been awful on this. I tried to make it a point to them that these are exploits caused by reiterations of their game and that removing it would make it so they can detect the cheaters more easily.. but you know. instead they gotta BAN people, no matter how polite you are about warning them. Anyway overall. sad to see a good game ruined by BHVR inc.

Demand refund on all dlcs bought via stores, if you bought it from steam example then you can ask for refund and the dlcs too. Otherwise, do not ffs buy anything from these people.

Don't buy from them or TFP. Boycott until they make things right with JaWoodle!!!! They f***ed up and instead of taking responsibility and trying to ruin his career and bankrupt him. Bad company. Bad people.

After years of playing on and off I've had enough. I could put up with their money grabbing micro transactions. Thier lack of new content. But to stop killers from damaging generators is like stopping people from reloading in a shooting game. Either one of the devs was bad at survivor so they changed it or no one has actually played their own game. I play to have fun. Not waste my time.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism from Behaviour Interactive (Dead by Daylight). I contacted their support with a detailed feedback report, including 57 screenshots of evidence. Instead of a professional response, their official staff/moderators mocked my creativity and responded with 'Womp Womp'—a derogatory slang used to dismiss someone’s concerns. To make matters worse, their support team is completely uncoordinated: One agent told me to take my feedback to Reddit. When I showed them the toxicity on Reddit, another agent claimed, 'Reddit doesn't concern us.' Since January 22nd, they have gone completely silent (ghosting) for over 72 hours. They are ignoring a legitimate complaint about staff misconduct. This company treats its players with pure arrogance once they have your money. Avoid their support at all costs. They do not care about players; they only care about silencing critics."
