I recently purchased the Swipe machine in Sept 2023, and returned with some issues. As per the BharthPe policy is 10 business days, but I still waiting since 17 days gone, but not get refund I called and chatting with agents so many times but no response.

I need bharatpe account withdrawal transaction(100s of transactions are there) from 1/04/2020 to 31/03/2021. Its been a week since I raised this issue but no help from Bharatpe team. First I am not able to see the statement myself on Bharatpe app, it shows blank statement even though there are 100s of transactions, thats is fraudulent that you are not letting me see my transactions Second of all, all the customer service representative are not sending me the statement and just making fake excuse and again asking me to wait for 1 week. I am make a legal complaint if I dont recieve the statement by end of today. Send me the statement asap.
