bharatpe.comReviews of bharatpe.com

The behavior of the call center staff employed by Bharat Pe loan is extremely poor and rude; they are impatient and lack the ability to explain things to clients.

Worst and despicable company and his employe are irritating and despicable and always try to fool to customer. Any shopkeeper don't work with bharatpe and don't take loan or any services from bharatpe.

On call customer service worst in the world. No customer centric tone in languages while talking. Very bad customer service.

It's disgusting jugalbandi of bharatpe & yesbank trapping customers into zero quality customer service but no convenience but time money and energy waste. Don't get into their services ever

BharatPe loan process is misleading and disappointing. Despite meeting targets, having good repayment history and a healthy CIBIL score, loans are repeatedly rejected with changing and unclear reasons. It took nearly 70 working days just to give reasons that were already known from day one. Instead of resolution, there is only false assurance. I’m writing this to create awareness, not out of frustration. Please think twice before trusting this app for loans. It’s safer to go with reputed banks

Very bad experience worst credit card feature i have seen. The app auto shutdown hang , when pay Bharat pay QR don't use/redeem zillion coins 😠. They don't provide any options for EMI the card is auto EMI

mera QR code scan kiya customer ne paisa aaya dikhaya par mere bank me nahi aaya 2 din tak PAISA KIDHAR HAI pata nahi chala baad aagaya lekin dar lag gaya thik hai kaam kar leta hai
