Darien was great. Came to do a maintenance and checked everything out and explained everything to me. Also tested the heat settings. The one issue was with the “paper work” after he was done. I had to put in all my personal information and sign several places. His iPad should have had all this information already. The the “paperwork” system needs a little bit of work. Good experience otherwise.
