Two issues: 1) I paid $25 for overnight shipping. The company just emailed that I should get my items (that were listed as in stock) in 48 hours or so. 2) Pants purchased two years ago are 1-2 sizes larger than the same pants purchased today.

I wish I knew not to buy this brand. Really awful fabrics that snag for no reason. I put on a new top (featherweight tank) and the fabric had a snag in it after just a few hours. Stay Away.

I had been a long standing customer for years. Items are overpriced, but very comfortable and there are occasional sales. The quality is pretty good. However, my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing and I've decided not to return as a customer in the future nor recommend the vendor for anyone else. The customer service is basically non-existent - there's no advertised phone number to call (none I could find, and I searched online for quite some time), the chat is pretty limited referring your situation to someone who will respond by email, and direct email for support takes hours for response. My recent experience: I placed an order for an item on sale (it is not returnable due to sale price), within an hour of the order, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I tried for hours to contact Beyond Yoga to make the size adjustment. I'm on the east coast, they are on the west - so there was a time difference - they didn't open until 8am PDT. I sent multiple chat message (before and after opening hrs) and a email - it took hours beyond opening for response (rec'd first response at 11:47am PDT (over 3hrs after opening) only to be told, once an order is placed there is nothing we can do. I'm sure that is their policy/practice, however I find it ridiculous and unsatisfactory - everything being essentially automated is not good customer service. A customer service that is incapable of correcting an order is rather worthless. I reached out very early, this should have been rectifiable but the feeling I was left with was, they just didn't care. They got my money and it was not their problem, have a nice day.

Customer service does not respond even after multiple attempts. Expensive shipping internationally and yet the sign up discount doesn’t appear to work for international customers (despite allowing you to enter your details) which would offset the shipping cost somewhat. Non-existent customer service is damaging what would be an otherwise excellent brand.

Refused to cancel an order even though I reached out to them within 3 mins of the order being placed. I now have to wait for them to ship the stuff to me and then figure out a return from there. I just wanted to cancel my order and now I have to waste my time with this nonsense.

I love my tops but I need to return one. The only way to contact customer service is through email and they won’t email me back. It’s very frustrating

Horrible! I bought an e-gift card on Monday 2/16 to be delivered to the recipient on Thursday 2/19. It wasn’t delivered on the date requested and I was told by their “AI” help chat that it wasn’t delivered because it could take up to 2 business days to process the order. Well, an order on 2/16 means 2 business days would be 2/17 & 2/18. So not sure how it wasn’t delivered on 2/19? Also, there is NO phone number to call for customer service. Literally no phone assistance. Cannot recommend. So frustrating.
